Of course, you cannot eliminate some things, such as kids; however, you can minimize and eliminate some problems. If you are having difficulty, managing your income and keeping afloat you may want to consider cutbacks.
Sometimes it is hard to cutback when you have trained self to indulge, but if you put forth the effort to retrain self you will find it easier as you move along. I have heard many people say, "I am tired of doing without," and will often binge when they cannot afford it. Thus, sacrifices are good and will payoff in the long run, which will bring you grander rewards.
Sacrificing is giving up something you are use to, or surrendering to achieve. If you cutback you will see your income increase slightly, which will give you more advantage. Thus, start saving a few dollars each week and overtime you will have money for emergencies and the like. Preparing always keeps you in control.
Preparing is more than preparing to do something. Preparing is the process of getting ready to take action. Preparing is arranging and organizing your life while planning for a future. Once you prepare you will learn to practice good habits, thus keeping your life in order. "I am too old to retrain myself." No, you are not. None of us is, never too old to start now.
Retraining is the process of teaching self to do better, while instructing your mind and body to do it. This is part of preparing, since you will guide your self into a succession of exercising to do better. This brings back aims, which helps to keep you focused while reaching a point. The key to keep in mind is that you are reducing stressors, which cause stress. Retrain now to teach you some new workable skills.
Children sometimes fail to see that we love them and want them to avoid making the same mistakes we have made. Most children today are conformed to an immoral, low standard, no principal, low value scheme. What needs to happen is to start teaching the children to do what is right so they too will avoid anxiety and panic. Allowing children to listen to profound, profane, and disturbing music will only fuel the mind to commit wrong later. Likewise, if you allow children or even self to watch illicit, violent, or immoral programs on television, you are only feeding the mind fuel to charge later. What you feed the mind comes out in some form or nothing somewhere down the road. If you teach the children to do what is right, stress will reduce, since stressors will cease. In harmony, you must also avoid such activities to rid self of anxiety and panic while setting the example for your children.
If you are married or in a relationship, you will be wise to learn, helpful information that will teach both of you to learns and grow. You will need an agreement, since it takes two to make it work. If the relationship is abusive, get out now and do not look back. Abusive minds often get worse. Marriage counselors are available to those enduring disagreements in marriage, thus if you are not abused you may want to explore the resources. Reduce your stressors to reduce stress and rid self of anxiety and panic.
