Reality in Effect in How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic Consider reality for a moment and think about what it means to you. How does the term reflect on your emotions? What do you think? Do you see realism? Do you see actuality? Do you see authenticity? What about TRUTH or how about certainty: Do you see veracity or idealism?
Idealism is romanticism, or an impracticality that sets us off emotionally. Idealism gives us a hope, and cheerful mood while looking forward to success. If you lead reality off into idealism on an impractical note, you will mislead the mind and find self under stress, while dealing with anxiety and panic. Reality on impractically notes will often lead you to miss the point, while feeling uselessness. However, if you see that reality is a confidence you will grow to accept the truths that run your way. Most people fear the truth. Do you.
The truth is facts, reality and certainty all combined in the three. If you face reality, you will face the truth more freely, since you will find accuracy, precision, genuineness, and legitimacy. Legitimacy gives you authority, which augments the mind's power. You will find ability to stand up for what is right, while promoting your influence. You will have weight that drives you, instead of weight that minds you. In other words, take the weight off your mind and emotions, and put it in your power.
Consider: People are either stupid or ignorant. Now you might argue with this notion, however dig a bit deeper. Do you know people that are slow to learn? Do you know foolish people? Do you know people unwise to reality? Do you know people that have been ill advised? What about dim-witted people: How many simple minds do you know? How many people do you know insensitive? Do you know any thickheaded people? How many times have you said, "That is ridiculous?
Ok, what about ignorant? Do you know anyway unaware of themselves and what they want? Do you know anyone uninformed of what is going around them? Do you see people who are badly, informed? What about rude people? Do you see people with ill manners? What about inconsiderate people? Do you know anyone impolite or boorish?
If you said no to all the questions asked of you, ask yourself what category do you fit in. The difference is stupid people are less apt to accept facts, while ignorant people have the inner ability to learn. Now think. Reality what comes to your mind?
Selfish is the upside of inconsiderate and if you look around you will notice a world of selfishly inclined people. Now ask self, how do you get rid of anxiety and panic?
Wake up, I said face the reality? Are you selfish? Are you willing to learn? Are you ill mannered? Do you feel that you were misinformed yet lack the abilities to seek the truth? Do I have to slap you to make your see that you are either ignorant or stupid, yet you have the ability to do something about it?
What did I just say? I said wake up and smell the coffee, since if you do not face reality head on and find the truth, you will suffer panic, anxiety, fears and the like for the course of your life. What needs to happen to rid anxiety and panic is to put your humane make up together and build on it to achieve a better you; otherwise, you will panic, and feel anxious for the rest of your life. Wake up!
