Hostility often leads to enmity, antagonism, and aggression, lack of empathy opposition, resentment, and so forth. If you want to stop the suffering then you have to open the doors to reality, let the negative energies go and start thinking positive.
Angst is torment, worry, sorrow, trouble, and fear that we often experience at one point of our life or another. The problem is people hold on or cling to these types of emotions, instead of letting them go. If you can let these types of emotions go, you will soon feel a sense of ease.
We can see that the mind is often filled with doubt, which causes us to mistrust, suspect, and feel uncertain. When the mind is filled with qualm or skepticism, it will go into frenzy, because disbelief exists.
Disbelief is doubt in all aspects of the world. Thus, checking your beliefs is a surefire way of discovering why you feel anxious or panicky. We need beliefs.
Sometimes anxiety and panic comes from medical reasons or disorders however, the majority of the problems stem from people failing to face reality and their fears. Fear is what sets off anxiety, phobia, and panic. Face your fears and you will soon feel pressure coming off your mind, which will release anxiety and panic.
Now, what I want you to do is build from the list and see what you come up with, since I cannot solve your problems, rather you have to solve them yourself.
