You will ground your opinions, conforming, your opinions to firm convictions while considering the facts. Beliefs bring in principals, since statements are often made with doctrines of what you accept as the truth.

Coping skills put you on top rather than sloping each time stressors come your way. Instead of building your mind out of sand, you will soon build the mind out of bricks, which provides you security. The big bad wolves won't be huffing, puffing, and blowing your home away.

Security is important to us all. If our security is threatened, we often feel panicky and anxious. Thus, it takes us to build security by cultivating our personality and building healthy qualities. Security gives us a peace of mind, since we feel protected from danger and safe from harm.
